LARRY W. BENNETT
Mr. Bennett concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, complex litigation and family law.
Experience:
Larry has been appointed lead counsel in several class action lawsuits and has served on numerous committees with respect to litigation related issues, including the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Group for the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. He has been a frequent speaker at seminars involving litigation related topics. Larry has obtained substantial jury verdicts and settlements in courts throughout Michigan and several states. He has also served as an arbitrator and a mediator for the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal Association and Oakland County Bar Association.
Larry is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member: Negligence, Aviation and Family Law Sections); the Oakland County Bar Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.
