DAVID A. BINKLEY

Mr. Binkley is a member of the firm's business litigation group, representing businesses, corporations and Tier One automotive suppliers in a wide variety of commercial disputes. He has significant court room experience in product liability and personal injury actions from both Plaintiffs' and Defendants' side of the aisle.

Experience:

Dave recently served as lead trial counsel for an international press manufacturer in defense of a catastrophic injury action. As a result of his successful representation in that matter, he has been retained to serve as the company's outside general counsel for commercial disputes throughout the Midwest. Dave is uniquely situated to understand the needs of the firm's entrepreneurial clients and is himself the co-founder of two national technology firms located in Southeast Michigan.

In addition to complex business disputes, Dave's practice also includes high conflict family law matters.

Dave is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and currently sits as a Panel Chairman for the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board and as a neutral for the Wayne County case evaluation tribunal. He was also selected as a 2006 Super LawyerT in business litigation.

In addition to his trial practice, Dave is counsel to Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church, where he is a member. He is also a member and pro bono contributor to the Christian Legal Society and an instructor in Mock Trial competition at Christian Leadership Academy.
