WILLIAM L. HOOTH

Mr. Hooth concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. His practice includes all aspects of labor and employment law including NLRB proceedings, civil rights and wrongful discharge litigation, contract negotiations, arbitration, and union election campaigns. He represents employers in both the private and public sectors.

Experience:

Bill began his career at General Motors in labor relations, then moved to Burroughs where he was the Managing Labor Counsel, representing Burroughs in both the domestic and international areas before moving to private practice in 1975.

Bill has represented clients at all levels, including companies such as Burroughs/Unisys, Masco/MascoTech (Metaldyne), Atlas Copco, Inc. and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, in employment matters. He is also labor counsel for a number of communities.

Bill is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Section: Labor Relations Law).
