ADAM LEVITSKY

Mr. Levitsky concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation defense, general liability defense and criminal defense. He also represents clients in subrogation actions, third party liability defense, and wrongful discharge claims.

Experience:

Adam has substantial trial experience before both judges and juries and has successfully represented clients at all levels of the litigation and appeal process. He has been a frequent lecturer and moderator at workers' compensation and general liability seminars for clients and other attorneys.
