ROY A. LUTTMANN
Roy A. Luttmann, Esq. is a partner
in the law firm of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. Roy received
his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, his law
degree from Detroit College of Law and a graduate of the Oakland
University School of Business Administration Certified Financial
Planning Program. Roy's area of specialization is Trusts and
Estates.
His practice includes wealth
transfer planning, business succession planning, probate and estate
administration. Roy assists family business owners in strategies on
effectively and efficiently transferring their business to the next
generation or key employees. Roy also provides counsel for wealthy
individuals on asset protection planning strategies and techniques.
Roy lectures frequently on statewide and regional basis in the area
of estate and business succession planning.
Roy is committed to providing his
clients with great personal service. He is passionate about helping
individuals preserve their wealth, transfer it to their loved ones
and assisting them in creating a legacy for future generations.
Roy is a member of the Michigan
State Bar and the Michigan Probate and Estate Planning, Business
Law. Roy is active in numerous business and community organizations
