TIMOTHY J. MULLINS
Mr. Mullins concentrates his practice in the areas of litigating personal injury and commercial matters and liability and discrimination actions brought both on behalf of or against the Firm's wide variety of clients, including cities, counties, school districts, universities, hospitals, manufacturers, professional corporations and various other entities, in conjunction with both insured and self-insured programs.
Mr. Mullins has considerable litigation experience representing clients with regard to all phases of business and commercial matters. As a member of the National School Boards Association - Council of School Attorneys, Mr. Mullins represents numerous school districts in a vast assortment of actions, including business, commercial, liability and discrimination matters brought on behalf of, as well as against the Districts themselves and their employees.
Mr. Mullins is a graduate of Wayne State University (B.A., with distinction, 1974); Detroit College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1977). He is admitted to Michigan, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; Special Assistant Attorney General, 1993. Mr. Mullins is a member of the Macomb County, Oakland County , Detroit and American Bar Associations; State Bar of Michigan, National and Michigan Association of School Board Attorneys; Michigan Trial Lawyers; and Defense Research Institute.
