THOMAS L. TREPPA

Mr. Treppa concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Property Law and Municipal Law with the firm's Real Estate Property group. His emphasis is on development, zoning and other land use issues.

Experience:

Prior to joining Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, Tom was general counsel for several municipalities and school districts, including Macomb Township and the City of Mount Clemens. His extensive previous experience with municipal bodies and staff provides him considerable insight into how best to deal with governmental units to attain the desired results for the client.

Tom is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Section: Real Property).
