JAMES P. ZAVELL

Mr. Zavell is a partner in the law firm of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from University of Notre Dame, and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University.

Jim concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and wealth transfer planning, probate and estate/trust administration, charitable planning and tax law. He assists individuals and families in effectively transferring their assets to the next generation. Jim also provides counsel for wealthy individuals on asset protection planning and has had extensive experience establishing public charities and private foundations.
